Every appointment is designed to be a peaceful, intentional experience rooted in care, beauty, and respect for your natural crown.

Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final balance.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time. A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Call / No-Show

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be required to pay 100% of the service before booking again.

Guests & Children

To maintain a peaceful and focused environment, no more than 2 additional guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.

All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Hair Preparation

All services include a shampoo. Please note: excessively tangled or unprepared hair may result in an additional fee.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns, please communicate them during your appointment so adjustments can be made in real time.

A 48-hour window after your appointment is allowed to report any issues related to your service.

Product Policies

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping & Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If you are experiencing any scalp conditions, infections, or illnesses, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of all clients.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, repeatedly late, or not aligned with our policies and environment.
